Terms Of Use

VoteFunded SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this ___ day of ____________, 202_ (“Effective Date”), by and between VoteFunded (“Service Provider”), and __________________________ (“Partner”).

Services Provided

  1. Service Provider Obligations: VoteFunded shall provide an online voting platform (“Platform”) for the Partner to manage their voting campaign for their event. VoteFunded is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring voter success. VoteFunded shall also cover Mobile Money transaction fees for the voters.

Payment Terms

  1. Upfront Fee: The Partner shall pay a fully refundable fee of 15,000 FRS upfront. This fee shall be refunded once the Partner’s voting campaign earnings exceed 100,000 FRS.
  1. Earnings Distribution: The Partner shall receive 75% of their earnings from the voting campaign, while VoteFunded retains 25% of the earnings.
  1. Cost Per Vote: The partner has indicated that the cost per vote will be ____FCFA, and voters will be
    allowed to cast an unlimited number of votes.
  1. Payment Requests: The Partner can request payments at any time, receiving only the funds available for withdrawal at the time of the request. Payment requests are processed within 12 hours.
  1. Payment Method: Payments are made via Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money, depending on which account has available funds. No withdrawal charges apply.

Campaign Management

  1. Exclusivity: The voting campaign shall be hosted exclusively on VoteFunded .com.
  1. Independent Contractor: VoteFunded is not part of the organizing team for the event and will not be responsible for how the Partner uses the earnings.

Verification and Payment Details

  1. Verification: VoteFunded shall only make payments to the payment details confirmed by the Partner. VoteFunded reserves the right to request voice notes or video calls to verify the receiver before making payments.

Miscellaneous

  1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
  1. Amendments: No modification or amendment of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
  1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
